Combat in the New World Live system is represented through the use of Airsoft Replicas. Airsoft is similar to paintball. However, it is less painful, and much less messy.
Airsoft uses realistic replicas of real firearms that shoot small 6mm plastic BBs at a safe velocity.
The major risk when playing with airsoft replicas is to your eyes. Because of this all players are required to wear full seal ANSI rated goggles while playing.
